The neighbourhood bulletin board.

Selling the snow blower. Looking for a piano teacher. Cat went missing last Thursday. Stuff neighbours need to tell each other, without wading into a 400-comment Facebook thread.

How this works

A neighbourhood board, run like one.

No. 01, Who can post

SHCA members, signed in. We use a magic-link email, no password, no account setup. Your first post takes 30 seconds.

No. 02, What goes up

For sale, wanted, free, services, recommendations, lost & found. Real stuff neighbours tell each other, not a replacement for Kijiji or Marketplace.

No. 03, What doesn't

No political content, no adult content, no mass advertising, no crypto/MLM. Posts that break the vibe get unpublished and the member hears why.

No. 04, The timer

Every post auto-expires after 30 days. Found the thing / sold it? Sign back in and take it down, or just let it roll off.

No. 05, Contact info

The contact line (email, phone, whatever) is public on every post. Don't put anything you wouldn't pin to a real bulletin board at the rec centre.

No. 06, Not a member?

Get the key, $20. Or email info@shca.ca for a lost-pet or safety notice, we'll post anonymously.
