Thirty households across Signal Hill, Springbank Hill, and the surrounding blocks opened up their driveways on Saturday, June 6, 2026 for the annual neighbourhood-wide treasure hunt. Power tools and Lego, vintage furniture and kids' bikes, anime collectibles, model cars, kitchen gear — and a fair bit of our junk, your trunk.

Every June, Signal Hill residents host garage sales at their homes on one coordinated Saturday. SHCA puts every participating address on a public map, pushes it out across social and the Signal Hill View newsletter, and lets shoppers walk or drive from sale to sale all morning. Unsold items? Bring them to Community Cleanup the following Saturday.

Two ways to register

Online below —or— in person at the rink.

Prefer paper? Swing by the SHCA rink (489 Sienna Park Dr SW) and a board member will write you onto the map on the spot. Cash only: $5 for members · $20 for non-members (the $20 includes an SHCA annual membership on the way in, so it's the better deal).

Rink-table hours are announced 2 weeks before the event, watch the news desk.

Register your garage sale

Fill this in once, SHCA puts you on the map and promotes the whole parade. You just need to be ready on June 6.

SHCA does the marketing

We publish the neighbourhood map, push it on Facebook, Instagram, and the Signal Hill View newsletter the week before. No individual host has to do their own promotion.

Step 03, Sell

Saturday morning, your driveway

Shoppers walk or drive the neighbourhood using our map. Unsold items? Bring them to Community Cleanup the following Saturday.
