- Event planning and coordination for community activities like holiday parties and BBQs
- Creating yearly event calendars
- Managing volunteer teams for events
- Handling administrative tasks including permits and insurance compliance
Administrative Coordinator
This role keeps the association running smoothly:
- Maintaining association records and meeting minutes
- Preparing meeting agendas and distributing them timely
- Managing the business calendar
- Ensuring attention to detail and organizational skills for smooth operations
